Cate is a yoga teacher and holistic therapist trained in delivering Kundalini Yoga (KRI Aquarian Teacher), She is in the final stages of adding Hatha Yoga (BWY), Hypnotherapy and Naturopathic Nutrition to her repertoire.

Cate is passionate about a holistic approach to wellness that combines mind, body and spirit. Hatha Yoga is her longest practice but Kundalini Yoga hooked me in 15 years ago, so now I practise both!
