From a young age, I developed a strong passion for holistic therapies and yoga, thanks to my parents' early influence. After nearly two decades of teaching science in secondary schools, a transformative shift in 2020 empowered me to fully embrace my passion for holistic practices. I embarked on my journey with Reiki, spiritual development, and crystal healing, quickly advancing to earn my Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor Certificate from Sahej Academy, recognized by the Kundalini Yoga Institute (KRI). This inspired me to delve deeper into my studies, completing the five Level 2 modules, including Lifestyles and Lifecycles, in 2023. Simultaneously, I pursued a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and a Level 4 Certificate in Hatha Yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), in addition to a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
